Our training team will take you through a templated step by step training program which lays out the exact skills and knowledge you need to possess and demonstrate to the satisfaction of QMC's quality and company standards. Our training program is specifically designed to develop you to grow into a well rounded and knowledgeable elite manufacturing professional.
As you graduate from one class/level to the next there are salary increase incentives rewarding you for your hard work compounded with yearly merit based raises.

We will teach you the basics as the foundation of your training and build on each skill as you move from machinist class 1 up to a work cell manager and onto setup personnel and shift lead. From there you can go anywhere!
